Last day in Bath

This post is a little late as we have actually been in Plymouth for a whole day now.....but with still coughing and and being a wee bit tired it has been time to just chill out. On our last day in Bath we visited the Holburne Museum and a little look along the way..........

Lovely front doors but Boston still wins for that..........

we witnessed some very strategic parking......
a little nudging and they were out!....

We walked for a bit along the river and then up a flight of stairs and we accidentally found the hotel you are staying in Katrina on the Jane Austen tour.....oh my are you going to lap all this up!.....

Out last evening in Bath......

We never did end up having high tea in the Pump room....looks pretty grand at night though.........

And how did I miss this teapot shop when it was open..........

Love the classic English fashion.....tally ho and all that (and in a past life during the 1970's I did actually dress like this!!)

 Fond farewell to that bunny..........
and an oven just for you Brett!!

  1. Thanks for the Oven Michele, it looks amazing... maybe in our next house we build???

Hahaha just kidding, we're not moving until we're old ducks.

Miss you guys a lot. You are going to be in shock when you see Beau next. Brain growth and a height growth. He's becoming more of a little person every day

  3. My comment has nothing to do with the blog post, but I wanted to point you to a couple of blog posts about William Morris.
http://thetextileblog.blogspot.com/2013/10/the-link-between-nature-and-creativity.html is one and http://thetextileblog.blogspot.com/2013/10/book-review-hand-heart-and-soul-arts.html which is about Scotland and Arts and crafts.

Now back to your wonderful trip.
